This construction project comprises of a Cat B fit out and refurbishment works.

The full works comprised:

• Strip out works as per Architects detailed drawings/removal of suspended ceilings and RAF
• Removal of indicated M&E services, luminaires, PIRs, fir alarm, data, controlled access, gas, water, above ground drainage and sanitary ware
• Fit all electrical luminaires and PIRs, power, data, door access and fire alarm
• Install new ventilation, above ground drainage and cold water
• Supply and fit new doors, frames and architraves
• Manufactured joinery
• Install new partitions
• Decoration, ames taping, Komfort glazed screens, floor coverings, skirting, ironmongery, suspended ceilings, RAF and cavity barriers
