Works to include the enlargement of showroom area and fit out of offices and showroom area.

The full works comprised:

• Various strip out works to existing building fabric
• Structural installations/alterations to existing steelwork to accommodate new works/make building safe
• Create large openings to existing granite walls to link existing and new showrooms
• Removal and reinstatement of staircases to current regulations
• Removal of a number of existing M&E services, luminaires, PIRs, Fire alarm, data controlled access, gas, water, above ground drainage
• New installation of all electrical services inc power/lighting/PIRs/data/security to updated specification
• Full new mechanical system inc ventilation, air conditioning and heating along with any new associated plant to updated specification
• Forming of new raised floor plenum for new heating system within the basement
• Installation of bespoke manufactured joinery to create new display cabinets – wall and floor mounted
• Installation of new doors, frames and architraves, new timber framing and linings to all walls to accommodate new bespoke manufactured joinery
• Fire lining to existing ceiling followed by a further lowered ceiling including ceiling raft details that are to incorporate new LED feature lighting
• Installation of new flooring and floor finishes throughout existing and new showroom
• Application of new feature textura wall linings throughout new showroom
• Form new extension to the rear including any required piling works and new foundations to accommodate structure
• New render works to the new extension inc any repairs to existing walls to the property
• New below ground drainage installation to the car park to accommodate new extension
• Tarring works to the car park
• New single ply flat roof to the new extension
