These works consisted of a complete refurbishment of the 1st floor and ground floor office suite to a modern CAT A standard.

The full works comprised:

• Strip out works/removal of suspended ceilings
• Removal of partitions/floor coverings/blinds/joinery items
• Uplift RAF
• Fit all electrical luminaires/power/security/data and fire alarm
• Fit all new mechanical vent pipework, sanitary ware and above ground drainage
• Alter mechanical pipework
• Install new ventilation/alterations
• Supply/Fit/Construct – new partitions/suspended ceilings/plasterboard ceilings/skirtings/facings/Beaux panelling
• Decoration
• Supply and fit new floor coverings/Door kits

These works consisted of a complete refurbishment of the 1st floor and ground floor office suite to a modern CAT A standard. Specific detailing with bespoke joinery cladding to the lift enclosures and mains incoming panels. With new Beaux panelling to the entrance foyer.
