Description:

Form a metal structure to house toilet and shower facilities with lockers and drying area upgrade current cyclestore.

The full works comprised:

• General clearance and down taking works
• New flooring
• New high-level signage
• New lockers
• New ceilings
• General joinery, lighting, electrical and mechanical works
• New toilet cubicles and shower suite
• New stairs to mezzanine floor
• New cycle hub/parking
• New sanitary ware
• Painting and decorating

Installation of new bike racks including bike repair station, feature lighting throughout including large Q1 signs. Walls clad with Trespa panels with reflective bands, floor painted with Q1 randomly stenciled in. Car park and loading bay lighting upgraded to lower energy lighting.
