This construction project comprises of alterations and refurbishment Cat A of the existing levels 2 & 4 floorplates within Edinburgh Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh.

Full works Comprising:

• Strip out works – ceiling removal, M&E services, floor coverings
• Contractor crane lift of old equipment removal to roof area
• Install new luminaires, power, security, data and fire alarm
• Install new vent, VRF, pipework and above ground drainage
• Fit new sanitaryware/WCs/Shower areas
• Install new toilet cubicles and vanity units
• Testing and commissioning
• Supply and fit new skirtings, facings to match existing
• Supply and fit new floor coverings, wall and floor tiling
• Decoration works
• Decoration to all aluminium internal curtain walling system and timber decking
• Lifting and reinstating required areas of RAF/cleaning existing RAF
