Citizens Advice – Portland House Glasgow

OBH (Orchard Brae House) is a building with fantastic amenities (and views) and we are delighted to be working with Thomson Gray, &More Design Consultants, Christie Gillespie Consulting Engineers Ltd. and CJA Consulting Engineers (Gary Brown) on a stunning 10,000 sq ft fit out.

We have completed a number of large CAT B projects for prestigious clients recently with more in the pipeline!

We are entering the final stages of an 11 month project for Finnies the Jeweller. These pictures don’t tell the full story of what’s been going on behind the very understated and unassuming exterior.

From significant structural works adjacent to a trading retail outlet to beautiful hand-crafted bespoke joinery, the project has been an enjoyable challenge for our experienced team.

We were delighted to be the Main Contractor on this project, working with KONISHI GAFFNEY ARCHITECTS LTD to turn their ideas into the stunning reality you see in the photos.

We are busy completing some lovely refurbishment and fit-out projects before Christmas, with a good mix of work starting in the new year.

In addition to Main Contracting, our in-house team are producing some amazing hand crafted bespoke items for castles, residential, offices, museums, retail, hospitality and leisure settings.

There will be no winding down for Christmas too early for both our site and production teams this year…..
