Alan Timlin is responsible for the Commercial Management of SJS along with the Quantity Surveying and financial reporting of all contracts.
With a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and over 20 years’ experience in Construction, principally in Main Contracting and Specialist Subcontracting, Alan has extensive knowledge of Interior Fit-out and Refurbishment with a wide range of Commercial and Operational experience in both major projects and smaller fit-out/Sub-contract joinery contracts.
Alan applies a proactive approach to financial matters and is an honest and authentic communicator who works efficiently with the design team and our supply chain to achieve a high quality commercial service to our clients.
