We are very fortunate to have provided fit-out and refurbishment services to the The University of Edinburgh for a number of years, again this year we are working on some fantastic projects. They have a vast and varied property estate, employee experienced design teams, pay you on time and treat the contractor with fairness and respect – a really valuable client.
They also employ over 16,000 people and look after over 45,000 students throughout their 5 campuses (550 buildings valued at £1.3 billion) in Edinburgh.
SJS are proud to be playing a small part in keeping the estate looking good to support the staff and students.
We are entering the final stages of an 11 month project for Finnies the Jeweller. These pictures don’t tell the full story of what’s been going on behind the very understated and unassuming exterior.
From significant structural works adjacent to a trading retail outlet to beautiful hand-crafted bespoke joinery, the project has been an enjoyable challenge for our experienced team.
