QMRI – Refurbishment of first floor café space

Full works Comprising:

• Existing serving counter removal and replacement with a self‐service “kitchen and lounge”
• Existing M&E services adapted to suit the new layout including additional power/data sockets and new lighting within the existing grid ceiling
• Existing HVAC services retained
• Water and drainage adapted to suit revised kitchen
• New bespoke manufactured joinery/loose furniture installed throughout the space along with new floor finishes/decoration
