Refurbishment of existing meeting rooms, offices, toilets, tea prep and corridors. Reconfiguration and refurbishment of areas on the 1st floor of the University that are used as office/admin space, breakout space and kitchen.

Full works Comprising:

• New internal doors and screens, partitions, flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, fixtures and fittings.

• M&E service installations including electrical strip out, rewiring, installation of LED lights, replacement data cabling, life safety systems alteration and extension.
