Description

The refurbishment of office spaces on levels 4 and 5, including extensive mechanical and electrical refurbishment and refurbishment of the lift lobby in spaces to levels 4, 5 and 6.

The full works comprised:

  • Existing services location, isolation, protection and alteration works
  • General clearance and down taking works
  • New floor tiling, skirting, carpets and ceilings
  • New entrance matwell/mat
  • General joinery, lighting, electrical and mechanical works
  • New signage and feature walls.
  • New reception desks
  • New toilet cubicles and sanitary ware
  • Painting & decorating.
