Paolozzi Bar & Restaurant

The project was the conversion of banking premises into restaurant with ancillary bar. Works to front elevation and building fabric including alterations to structure, recovering of rear roof. The project involves replacement and upgrading of services along with the supply and fit out of bespoke furniture, fixtures and equipment.

The full works comprised:

  • Isolated down takings and removals
  • Mechanical and Electrical installations including Ducting/Ventilation, Data and Security
  • New floor, wall and ceiling finishes
  • Joinery finishes – kitchens, IPS, facings and skirting’s
  • Cutting back mezzanine floor to form open area
  • Bespoke Manufactured bar
  • New commercial kitchen including cold stores
  • New skylights
  • New sanitaryware and WC fit out

The fit out from bank to bar/restaurant project, including significant external works was safely completed in an area that is extremely busy with passing pedestrians. There were a number of bespoke joinery elements in the project including a stunning six-metre bar overclad in brass panels, manufactured in our workshop.
