Description:

This construction project comprises of fit-out and refurbishment works to the existing premises of a two story office building within the grounds of the main Nine BioQuarter.

The full works comprised:

• Small power / data installation / alterations
• Alterations of existing light fittings
• Alterations to light switching / controls
• Installation of staff café / tea-prep
• Installation of storage wall
• Installation of metal stud and glazed portioning (including structural supports)
• Decoration throughout
• New floor coverings throughout

SJS worked well to deliver this two-story office fit-out in a live working environment. Great planning and teamwork enabled this project to be delivered with minimal disruption. SJS manufactured bespoke joinery throughout this project, which was completed to a high standard and compliments the newly designed office.
