The works comprise internal non-structural alterations to the existing third floor layout together with all necessary replacement services to create additional / improved office and break out meeting rooms better suited to the staff and students’ current needs.

The full works comprised:

• Isolated down takings and removals
• Mechanical and Electrical installations including Ducting / Ventilation, Data and Security
• New flooring
• Decoration
• New suspended Ceiling
• Installation of a staff welfare facility

All works were undertaken within a live campus and SJS were highly successful at ensuring safety and minimizing disruption to staff undertaking their daily operations. Efficient planning of the works combined with effective communication from our site management team ensured all building stakeholders were made fully aware and conversant with all work activities, thus allowing the project to be completed on programme.
