• Strip out works, removing ceilings, M&E services, wall tiling, writeable glass and floor coverings
• Testing all remaining existing services
• Fit all electrical luminaires, power, security, data and fire alarm
• Fit all new mechanical vent, pipework and above ground drainage
• Install new roof top plant
• Testing and commissioning
• Construction of new partitions
• Fit new suspended ceilings
• Supply and fit new door kits/tea preps, booths and seating
• Supply and fit new glazed Komfort screens, skirtings and facings to match existing where required
• Decoration and wall coverings
