This CAT A construction project comprises of alterations and refurbishment of the existing level 2 floor plate within Commercial Quay, Edinburgh
The Full Works Compromised of:
• Strip out and demolition works
• Removal of ceilings and M&E works and uplift floor coverings
• Remove existing luminaires, fire alarm, security, data, vent, power and pipework
• Fit all luminaires, power, security, data and fire alarm
• Fit new mechanical vent, pipework, above ground drainage
• Supply and fit new door kit
• Make good skirtings and facings
• Decoration
• Reinstate RAF
• Supply and fit new floor coverings
