This construction project comprises of alterations and refurbishment Cat A & B of the existing level 0 floorplate within Caledonian Exchange Edinburgh

Full works Comprising:

• Strip out works/demolition including isolation permits, removal of ceilings and floor coverings, removal of retaining walls, slabs and soft ground/Install new retaining walls/slabs
• Testing and isolating existing M&E services
• Removing M&E services (luminaires, fire alarm, security, data, vent, power and pipework)
• Fit new luminaires, power, security, data and fire alarm
• Fit new mechanical vent, VRF pipework and above ground drainage
• Install new sanitaryware
• Construct/install new partitions, plasterboard upstands/curtain walling, infill coffered ceiling
• Fit new suspended ceiling rafts, door kits, tea preps
• Fit new manufactured joinery booths/seating/spur shelving
• Supply and fit new glazed Komfort screens, skirtings, facings to match existing/flooring
• Decoration/new wall coverings, new tiling
• M&E Testing and commissioning
