Works to the internal areas to the existing office suite on the ground floor

Full works Comprising:

• Remove previous Tenant installed partitions/Install new partitions

• Remove and replace floor coverings

• Making good internal finishes following removal and down takings

• Install new kitchen/kitchen islands

• Redecoration works

• New M&E installations throughout

• Ground floor new kitchenette to form a tea prep

• Ground floor new ceiling finish.
