Description:

The works comprise the refurbishment and alteration of the existing facilities to create a modernized catering and retail offering, along with a new garden retail area. The site is located within a rural location and comprises an existing retail and leisure facility situated within a walled garden.

The full works comprised:

• Full refurbishment and alteration of existing facilities
• Fully landscaped garden and play area
• Formation of new pergola
• Facade Alterations
• All new finishes, fixtures and fittings internally
• Mechanical and Electrical installations including Ducting / Ventilation, Data and Security

The internal and external refurbishment has created a vibrant and modern facility. There were a number of stunning bespoke joinery items included in the project all maufactured in our workshop.
