We were appointed to refurbish the external canopy, entrance space, shower and welfare areas and common stairs throughout the building. The interior has been tastefully designed to create a cutting edge, contemporary environment that will appeal to the most discerning of organisations. A striking new reception will create an impressive sense of arrival and this standard has been continued through the common areas within the building.

The full works comprised:

  • Removal of existing entrance canopy and replacement with new projecting canopy; including extending to cover the entrance of the ground floor café.
  • Refurbishment of the existing reception space
  • Creation of new basement shower, changing and cycle storage facilities
  • Converting existing basement shower rooms into a tenant store room
  • Refurbishment of the rear stairwell

All works were carried out within a live building environment and the majority of the work outwith normal working hours ensuring minimal disruption and continuity to the building occupiers. Effective daily communication between the relevant parties and our site management ensured all works being carried out were carried out safely.
