Another project successfully delivered and another satisfied client – The refurbishment and fit out to form the new Café Noir at Palmerston Place, Edinburgh was completed in 5 weeks leading up to the busy period of Christmas allowing the client to open for the New Year.

WEST Beer
A New Year and another new client! We are delighted to have been awarded the contract for the alterations and refurbishment to form a new function suite at WEST Courtyard for Noah Beers Ltd. The project commences today as we look forward to working with Richard Pears Architects in delivering this exciting development for Petra Wetzel and her WEST Beer Team.

SJS delivers a sparkling performance.
We extend our best wishes to Michael Laing, Jonathan Payne, Richard Laing and all the Laing staff in their new Flagship Store on George Street, Edinburgh. We completed the breath taking three story premises for our prestigious and valued client last week enabling it to open last Friday in time for Christmas. It was a great pleasure working together as a team with F3 Surveyors, Skakel & Skakel and the Keenan Consultancy in delivering this successful project.
