Delivered as part of a major refurbishment project, the fit-out combined bespoke joinery, feature panelling and carefully crafted seating areas to help transform the historic space into a vibrant and modern environment.

Working across multiple areas including the Amphion Room, Gallery Café, Lane Bar, Library Bar and Loft Bar, the project showcased the high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail that SJS brings to every development. From bespoke wall panelling and column cladding to custom seating, shelving and bar features, every element was designed and manufactured to complement the character of the building while enhancing the visitor experience.

The completed project delivers a striking mix of traditional character and contemporary design, creating welcoming social spaces throughout one of Edinburgh’s most recognisable venues.
