SJS Property Services is pleased to showcase the recent completion of a high-quality Cat B refurbishment for Scottish Equity Partners at 17 Blythswood Square, Glasgow.

The 11-week project involved the refurbishment and alteration of the existing Level 2 office space, creating a modern, functional and high-quality working environment.

Works included a comprehensive strip-out and upgrade of mechanical and electrical services, new lighting, power, data, security and fire alarm systems, alongside new flooring, decoration, ceramic tiling and upgraded WC facilities.

The project also incorporated new glazed and solid partitions, door sets, tea preparation facilities and bespoke joinery, including the manufacture and installation of new storage walls and lockers.

The completed refurbishment delivers a contemporary office environment with careful attention given to quality, functionality and detail throughout.
