Brian supports and develops our operational delivery in providing quality project service to ensure customer satisfaction. Brian is responsible for the management of Operational Activities, support of Contract Managers and management of a number of projects. Brian oversees all operational aspects of project delivery and site teams to deliver each project on programme, safely, and to exceptionally high standards.
A joiner by trade, Brian has twenty five years’ experience in the construction industry. Having held senior operational management positions with a number of prominent national contractors, Brian brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the SJS team across interior fit out, new build and management contracting.
Approachable, a good communicator with a customer focused approach, Brian creates an open environment, encourages teamwork and initiates ideas that enhance service, quality and customer experience. He leads with imagination and vision to help achieve service excellence and client satisfaction.
